About model
Based on photos obtained on March 18th, 2018, the 3D model of the monument was created in Agisoft Photoscan application. Unfortunately, the stone surface of column’s base hasn’t been properly reconstructed due to highly intensive reflection of sunlight. On April 21st, 2018 additional photos were taken. Using both sets of images the 3D model was created. The result was very detailed, although some surfaces not visible from the square level needed manual correction, which has been performed in Blender. The calculated texture was also slightly corrected and surfaces without access have been left blurred.
The model has been leveled and oriented to the North in CloudCompare . The 3D model is unscaled for now.
